I am a 31 year old Team Beachbody Independent Coach and a Beachbody customer. I discovered Beachbody, much like many others, through an infomercial that came on the TV! Something about it just captured my attention, and for the first time in my life, I decided to go to the website and give the program a try (and I’m SO glad that I did as you can see my results below).

I had spent many years feeling miserable about how I looked and felt, and it was way past time for a change. I had done all kinds of eating plans, and NOTHING worked. That is, UNTIL Beachbody.
